Dare you ride on our ghost train?
Join us at Amberley Museum for a night of terrors! Ride on the ghost train and look out for who (or what) is lurking in the woods! Discover the Museum after dark with all exhibits open for exploring.
How to Book? When you book your tickets, you will be asked to choose a time slot. This time slot is your ghost train ride time, you can still visit the Museum from 6.30pm-9pm.
Food & Drink – Satisfy your monstrous appetite with hot food and refreshments served in the Limeburner’s Café.
What station does the Ghost Train depart from? The Ghost Train alternates departures every 15 minutes starting at 7pm from Amberley Station (located on site behind the TV & Radio Exhibition) and from Cragside Station (located between the Electricity Hall and BT Connected Earth exhibition)

Please arrive at your chosen Ghost Train Station 10 minutes before the train is due to depart.
Extra Information:
- This event is not suitable for children under 12 years old.
- Tickets cost £15.00 each for members and non-members of the Museum.
- We advise you to bring a torch, warm clothes and sensible footwear as this event is mainly outdoors.
- Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate dogs at this event.
- Please be aware there will be flashing lights on site.
Our narrow-gauge railway can accommodate at least one wheelchair per journey, however this is subject to availability. If there is one or more wheelchair users in your party, please contact us in advance by phoning 01798 831370 or emailing office@amberleymuseum.co.uk so that we can arrange for our accessible train carriage to be available.

Amberley Museum is located in the heart of the South Downs National Park. Often referred to as multiple museums in one, the Museum has over 20 exhibition areas.
The Limeburners Cafe will be open for lunches and snacks, ice creams and hot drinks are also available. There are also outdoor picnic areas.
Well behaved dogs on short leads are welcome.
