Bank Holiday Ale & Crafts

Amberley Museum’s magnificent Bank Holiday Ale and Crafts event returns for another year on 26 to 28 August. Visitors can enjoy a great family day out with a selection of locally brewed ales including a range from Hepworth Brewery and shop from variety of local talented craftspeople all set in the glorious South Downs National Park.
There will be a variety of entertainment featuring some great local bands (Tribute to the Shadows, Simply Jazz and Southdown Folk Singers) and Black Dragon Morris Dancers throughout the weekend.
There will also be chance to enjoy a browse around the craft stalls inside and on the Village Green, where local craftworkers and artisans will be selling handmade items, including hand painted homewares, jewellery, greetings cards, candles, baked goods, rum and much more.
‘Peter’ the 1918 Bagnall Steam Locomotive will be running on the narrow-gauge railway from Sunday 27 and Monday 28 August, and some of the road steam will be out over the weekend.

Why Pre-book Tickets?
Our car park can reach full capacity on event days, so we ask everyone to pre-book their admission ticket to help us manage numbers in the car park.
Members and volunteers can pre-book complimentary tickets at no charge through the same booking system.
If there are no tickets available for your chosen day, the event is fully booked so we recommend not making a special journey as we cannot guarantee that you will be able to visit.
Extra Information
The Limeburners Cafe will be open for lunches and snacks, ice creams and hot drinks are also available. There are also outdoor picnic areas.
Well behaved dogs on short leads are welcome.
