1960s Day

27 July 2025

Join us at Amberley Museum on Sunday 27th July for a day celebrating all things 1960s!

From vintage vehicles and household items to music and games, come and be transported back in time to the era of the Space Race and flower power!

Spend a nostalgic hour following the 60s trail around the Museum, reminding yourself of familiar (and less familiar!) items from bygone days. Talk to our knowledgeable volunteers about the retro objects on display and see how many you recognise.

Relive the excitement of the Space Race and the first man on the moon and the effect this had on popular culture. Try your hand in a space-themed photobooth!

Admire the 60s vehicles on display and browse the vintage stalls available.

Please pre-book tickets to avoid disappointment.
