Ale at Amberley

Join us for our 13th annual Ale festival, with over 60 local beers, ales and perries, hot and cold food and musical entertainment throughout the day and the Friday and Saturday evenings.

The Museum is open as usual during the day where you can explore the 36 acre Museum,
taking a ride on the narrow gauge railway or historic bus.

We advise pre-booking tickets for the evening sessions on Friday 31st and Saturday 1st 

The bars are open from 6pm to 10.30pm on the Friday & Saturday evening at £5 per person (over 18's only) and 12noon to 5pm on Saturday & Sunday daytimes, with drink up day on the Sunday.
(Evenings are not included in Museum Membership but you are welcome to attend during the daytime).

  1. Amberley Museum - Ale at Amberley daytimes
    Saturday 1st DAYTIME
    On Saturday 1st the Museum is open as normal from 10:00am. The ale festival will start from 12:00 noon. Museum closes at 5:00pm (last entry 4.30pm) but you are welcome to stay on for the evening session, re-admission will not be permitted. Daytime ale festival is covered under your standard Museum entry tickets that can be purchased online or on the door on the day.
  2. Amberley Museum - Ale at Amberley Sunday afternoon
    Sunday 2nd DAYTIME ONLY
    Sunday 2nd is drink up day. The Museum is open as usual from 10:00am until 5:00pm. Bars open from 12 noon until 4:00pm. Musical Entertainment from - Pixiephoinic, Loxley and Corvus. With Morris Dancing from Black Dragon Morris and Temporary Measured. After 2:00pm on this day only all remaining ales will be reduced in price.
  3. Amberley Museum - Ale at Amberley evenings
    Fri 31st & Sat 1st EVENINGS
    For the Friday 31st and Saturday 1st evenings you can arrive from 6:00pm and stay until 10:30pm (bars close at 10:00pm) and it is advanced tickets only at a special rate of £5.00 per person. Over 18's only. Friday evening entertainment - Willie Austen Saturday evening entertainment - The Barnham Shadows and Fine Vintage.
